Orange Bay + Magawish from Hurghada: what awaits you

In one day you'll visit two popular sea locations: Magawish Island and Orange Bay. It combines beach relaxation, beautiful views, snorkeling, and a yacht trip. The program suits adults, families with children, and anyone who wants a comfortable day by the sea.

Excursion program

• Transfer from the hotel. Departure at around 08:30; we give the exact time after booking. The drive to the port takes about 10-40 minutes depending on the hotel location.
• Boarding the yacht. Heading out to sea at around 09:30-10:00, after receiving permission from the tourist police.
• Snorkeling at the reefs. There is one stop of about an hour for snorkeling at the coral reefs. The duration is determined by the guide on the spot.
• Magawish Island. About 1.5 hoursis allotted here for relaxing. Here you can swim, relax on the beach, swim near the shore and enjoy the calm atmosphere.
• Lunch on the yacht. A hot lunch and soft drinks are served during the boat trip.
• Orange Bay. About 1.5 hoursis allotted for the visit to Orange Bay. White sand, turquoise water, an easy entry into the sea and photo spots make this place one of the most beautiful beaches on the Red Sea.
• Return. Return to the hotel at approximately 17:00. The time may change slightly.

Magawish Island

Magawish is known for its peaceful atmosphere, sandy shallows, and beautiful sea views. There are coral areas near the shore, making it convenient to combine beach relaxation with snorkeling right from the shore. It's a great place for swimming, photos, and relaxing away from the city bustle.

Orange Bay

Orange Bay is one of the most photogenic beach locations near Hurghada. Light sand, clear water, wooden walkways, bean-bag chairs, wicker huts and swings in the water create the atmosphere of a beautiful island holiday. Here you can swim, relax and take vivid photos.

Transfer and Surcharges

The transfer around Hurghada is included in the price. An extra fee may apply for the El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, and Makadi areas +$10 round trip. An extra fee may apply for the Soma Bay and Safaga areas +$20 round trip.

The extra fee is per booking, round trip, for up to 6 people. The transfer may be shared with a group.

What to Bring

• A photo of your passport on your phone.
• Water and, if you wish, your own mask and snorkel for snorkeling. Equipment is also available on the yacht.
• Towel and swimwear.
• Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.
• A phone or camera for photos.
• A power bank and a waterproof case.
• A warm layer in winter, since it can be windy at sea.

Additional Information

• The route and order of stops may change due to weather, wind, and sea conditions.
• The duration of stops is approximate and depends on how the program is run on the day of the excursion.
• For snorkeling, it's best to be confident in the water or to use a life vest.
• The exact departure time is confirmed after the booking is confirmed.
• Before going up to the upper deck dry yourself off with a towel. Do not go up wet, so you do not slip on the stairs.
• Approximate capacity of the yachts 20–40 people. The permitted number of passengers is limited by the tourist police permit.
