Wadi El Weshwash: description
Wadi El Weshwash from Sharm El Sheikh combines a sea holiday with a hike through a mountain gorge. In one day you will ride a camel by the sea, snorkel, travel by jeep and walk to a lake among the rocks.
The valley lies not far from Nuweiba, deep in the Sinai mountains. It is called the Lost Land: the route to the lake runs through a canyon where open stretches alternate with narrow passages between the rocks. You can swim here and take photos surrounded by mountains.
The trip suits those who like to alternate different activities and are ready for an active day. The main feature of the program is that you have to walk to the lake on foot, about 3 km one way, and closer to the water you will have to get through narrow passages in the rocks.
The excursion takes a full day, approximately from 07:00 to 19:00-20:00.
